This facility is EXCELLENT! Staff is friendly and attentive. The room was immaculately clean. The pool room is beautiful with the pebbled floors, wooden ramp, and outside deck overlooking the Riverwalk. The hotel was right near our appointment, and it was 100% walkable. I have worked in hotels for 20+ years, so I tend to be a bit of a harsh critic, but I can not say how much I LOVED this hotel stay more.

Liked everything about it! Clean, comfortable, quiet, close to amenities, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back!

The room was clean and spacious. The cabinet of the bathroom need to be updated, and the tub need to be clean better, so it doesn't give the impression that is dirty. Overall, the hotel is in a good location, staff is friendly and provide good service.

Close to the concert venue we were in the area to attend. Room was spotless, AC was ice cold, breakfast was good and a new clerk working at the property for only two weeks was amazingly friendly, helpful and polite. This was our second stay and we’re returning next month for another concert.

I like the Juice/Hydration station. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. We had a view of the river from our room. The complementary soaps smelled really nice, we used that instead of our own.

Speedy check in, huge room with comfortable super king bed overlooking the river. Efficient self service breakfast, quick check out. Close to all amenities.

Exactly as expected. Was a little skeptical about the reviews but was happy when i arroved. I am not picky about hotels. It's a place to sleep. Otherwise, we are out going to shows or exploring. Sounds like the other reviewers thought they booked the Ritz Carlton. You can't book a 2 star hotel and get mad that is not 5 stars. Be realistic, people. It was perfectly fine.

After a HUGE mishap with other staff charging my card MARK the manager and his WIFE were so understanding with my fustration and quickly made me feel comfortable with the situation. Letting me know that the charge would be reversed and it later was. They also refunded my 2nd night (they didn't have to) after finding out I couldn't stay for reasons nothing to do with the hotel. So in the end they made it so I would stay there again. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was awesome. If I owned a hotel I would be so lucky to hire employees like Mark and his lovley wife!!!!! outstanding job....
